Echomondo Exhibition
The Echomondo project is an international exhibition that promotes solutions for ecological transition, supports the circular economy, and displays the latest green technologies. At this event, companies showcase their innovations, from new software for detecting materials during recycling, to systems that reduce environmental impact, and next-generation machinery designed to be more sustainable.
Our team visited the exhibition to meet Coripet, an organization working on sustainability and managing the end of life of PET bottles. This encounter sparked a series of projects back at school.

Awareness & Recycling Challenge
After visiting Echomondo, AVBO Corse organized a school seminar to raise students' awareness on plastic recycling and innovative technologies, such as the eco-compactor that optimizes bottle recycling. The project culminated in a challenge among classes to encourage separate waste collection and improve material recycling.
The class that recycles the most bottles wins the challenge. Winners are rewarded with a T-shirt offered by Coripet and sustainable gadgets entirely made by our team.
PET Bottle Collection at School
Our team also organized a project in collaboration with Coripet at school. To further improve recycling of plastic bottles, dedicated bins were placed in key spots across the school. On each bin, a poster clearly stated that only PET plastic bottles should be thrown inside.
In the end, all collected bottles were gathered and processed by Coripet, closing the loop on PET recycling and demonstrating that small actions within a school community can make a real difference.
