TEAM LEADER

I am one of the two Team Leaders of the AVBO CORSE team.

Since the beginning of the project, I have carried out a careful analysis of the objectives and weekly deadlines, planning the activities strategically to ensure compliance with the timetable.

I was responsible for the complete design of the car, dealing not only with the technical and aerodynamic aspect, but also with the definition of the manufacturing strategies, from the choice of materials to the production of the components.

This allowed me to ensure consistency between design and production, optimizing time and resources.

I also took care of the creation of the team’s gadgets and remained in constant contact with the other team leader to update him on the developments and coordinate the activities effectively.

Another aspect to which I gave particular importance was the working climate: I tried to promote a collaborative and positive environment, a fondamental element that allowed us to address and resolve critical issues with team spirit and mutual trust.
