TEAM LEADER

I am one of the two Team Leaders of the AVBO CORSE team.

From the beginning I made a careful overview of the objectives and deadlines to be completed each week.

I was responsible for communicating with sponsors and other third parties, budget management.

I have always been in contact with the other Team Leader to keep him updated on the developments of the project.

I tried to create and maintain a good climate within the team during work activities, which allowed us to work more efficiently and implement problem resolution without losing mutual trust.
